Three lines — from forest to retired credit

Aggregation, certification, commercialisation. Every credit travels a continuous documentary chain — baseline, MRV, third-party verification, Verra registration, public retirement. No advocacy, no communication effects: a registry discipline.

Value-sharing

A 70 / 30 split in favour of communities

KEYSAFE CARBON contracts with each community forest for a multi-year cycle. 70 % of credit value returns to communities, paid in tranches tied to verifications. The remaining 30 % covers aggregation, certification, third-party audit and commercialisation. The agreement is notarised, accessible to parties, and traceable.

Carbon is not a cause, it is a contractual activity. We do not intervene to save the forest: we intervene so that a forest already protected by its community can monetise its environmental service on a regulated market.

Four pillars

Registry discipline — what we certify, what we sign off

Communities 70 / 30

Majority contractual sharing

70 % of credit value goes to forest communities, under a registered multi-year contract. Staggered payments tied to verifications. Local oversight committee. Notarial formalism.

Integrity · Verra VCS
