Mark Hadrien Ebène Moussole
Mark Hadrien Ebène Moussole has led KEYSAFE AFRICA since operations began in 2020 and the LLC was registered in 2022. He owns group strategy, institutional partner relations and oversight of the four verticals (ENERGY, TRADING, WORKS, CARBON). As statutory Managing Director under OHADA Uniform Act, he binds the company toward third parties.
ENERGY Direction
Oversight of petroleum product trading, CEMAC supply contracts and Nkoteng logistics hub. Interface with sectoral regulators (SONARA, SCDP) and institutional buyers. Role open — recruitment in progress.
CARBON Direction — Congo Basin
Oversight of Verra VCS certification activities (VM0007 REDD+ methodology), relations with accredited third-party verifiers (SCS / DNV / Aenor / Earthood) and international corporate buyers. Stewardship of the contractual 70/30 community split. Role open — profile sought: senior forestry engineer with MRV experience.
WORKS & TRADING Direction
Coordination of road signage public tenders (photoluminescent technology), commodities trading and field execution on operating sites. Relations with CVEPB, ECIC partners and Cameroonian public contracting authorities. Directly led by Executive Direction in Sprint 1.
Administration, finance & compliance
SYSCOHADA bookkeeping, relations with external accountant and auditor, OHADA compliance and Cameroonian tax obligations. Administrative management of supplier and partner contracts. Outsourced in Sprint 1 — internalisation planned phase 2.
A contracted ecosystem
KEYSAFE AFRICA operates with a small internal core and an extended network of contracted technical partners — engineering firms, OHADA law firms, accounting firm, Verra third-party verifiers, logistics carriers, field subcontractors. This organisational choice prioritises service quality and risk traceability over headcount size.
