Vertical status

KEYSAFE AFRICA organises its activity around four complementary verticals. Sector-specific accreditations are obtained progressively as each vertical reaches the operational maturity its certification bodies require. The statement below is the honest, current position of each vertical — we distinguish active mandates from projects in preparation.

Energy logistics
Active

Hydrocarbon distribution support, industrial signage, HSEQ operational frameworks. Reference missions delivered since 2023 with national operators. AMI responses issued in 2026 to sectoral calls for expression of interest.

Commodities trading
Active

Central African commodity sourcing and intermediation across scrap metal, construction materials, and agri-products. Registered trading partnerships in place since 2022.

Infrastructure works
Active

Photoluminescent marking, industrial signage, safety engineering for public and private sites. Product catalogue available. Partner agreements with several CEMAC municipalities.

Voluntary carbon credits
In development

Congo Basin afforestation and avoided-deforestation projects. Verra-track registration in preparation. Community MOU framework and notarial custody arrangements established. Commercialisation expected once registration conditions are met.

Custodial arrangements

Original corporate documents — RCCM certificate, statutes, tax and social registrations, shareholder resolutions, project MOUs — are held by a Cameroonian notary. This custody chain is not a marketing claim: it is a deliberate operational choice.

In the Central African regulatory environment, evidence-grade documentation matters as much as narrative. Notarial custody creates an independent third-party attestation chain that any due-diligence team or multilateral counterparty can verify through a short written procedure, without relying on KEYSAFE AFRICA to produce its own copies.

What we will not claim

We do not publish unearned labels. KEYSAFE AFRICA does not hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or OHSAS 18001 certifications at this stage. We do not claim Verra project registration — registration is in preparation for our first Congo Basin project. We do not hold a general government-issued HSEQ accreditation: we operate under project-level compliance with the standards specified by each counterparty's terms of reference.

This honest statement is part of the editorial line of the site. Partners and buyers can trust that any credential listed above is verifiable through notarial extract.

Request a due-diligence dossier

Institutional buyers, multilateral donors, insurers, and legal counsel can request a consolidated dossier containing notarised extracts of the items listed above. Turnaround: five to ten business days.
