Health & Safety
Daily toolbox talks, mandatory PPE, task-based risk assessments, work permits, annual mandatory ADR and first-aid training.
Environment
Mandatory onboard anti-pollution kit, hydrocarbon containment protocols, annual consumption audit, fleet transition plan.
Quality
Departure and arrival checklists, controlled seals, volume verification, countersigned receipts. Non-conformities tracked, root causes analysed.
Incident reporting
Every event (incident, near-miss, anomaly) is reported to the client within 24 h, with preliminary analysis and proposed corrective actions.
